This year the event takes on a whole new feel... no more tuxedos and ball gowns. Turn in those high heels for espadrilles! We will dine under the Foster's tent on a clam shell floor. The atmosphere will be fun and the dress will be Casual Cocktail or Beach Chic. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Potomac River and a spectacular menu provided by Fosters Downeast Clam Bake (Lobster, Crab, Chicken and Vegetarian).

This year we are presenting our first Annual Corporate Real Estate Visionary Award, honoring Milton V. Peterson! We are pleased to pay tribute to Milt for his longstanding contributions to the real estate industry and the DC metropolitan area. National Harbor is Milt's latest vision realized!
As always, the awards celebration will honor those who have demonstrated strong leadership and have made a significant impact in the Corporate Real Estate Industry. Five awards will be presented at the event; Corporate Real Estate Leadership, Service Provider Leadership, Best New Workplace Solution, Sustainability and Economic Development.
