Join your Mid-Atlantic colleagues for a 'Members Only' panel presentation focused on green leasing policies and targets that will highlight a recent Green Lease case study. 

The panel will be moderated by Steven Teitelbaum, Jones Day. He is a leading lecturer on green-leases, has authored numerous articles and provided content on the BOMA green-lease guidance. James Wood with Perkins+Will will lead a panel discussion that includes representatives from their recent lease negotiation on their new space in the World Wildlife Fund building. Additional panelists include: Thomas Petty, Anderson Kill & Olick; Mione Phillips, World Wildlife Fund; and Chip Ranno, AtSite. The panelists will provide multiple perspectives on the leasing process.
