Award Description
New for the 2024 Awards of Excellence, the CoreNet Global Mid-Atlantic Best New Workplace Solution Award has three submission categories:
- Less than 25,000 RSF
- 26,000 – 50,000 RSF
- Greater than 50,000 RSF
These awards recognize a corporate workplace project and/or strategy delivered and completed during 2023 in the Mid-Atlantic region that demonstrates purposeful design excellence, impactful user experience, and innovative ingenuity and significantly enhances the company’s ability to meet its core business goals.
Submitting firms can submit for more than one award but cannot submit the same project for multiple award categories. Firms are limited to no more than two workplace award category submissions. This submission may be a joint effort by one of the project’s service providers and the end user. The award will be presented to both.
* The submission categories listed are intended to provide an equitable evaluation by grouping similarly sized submissions. Should the distribution of submissions across categories become imbalanced, the evaluation committee may adjust noted ranges as appropriate. We want to showcase your wonderful achievements!
