The CNG Mid-Atlantic Executive Committee is thrilled to welcome Guenet Beshah, Executive Coach with Capital One, as our Moderator for the upcoming End User Dinner on Executive Coaching. Guenet brings years of experience as a practicing attorney, both in private practice and as Capital One’s first fully dedicated employment lawyer. Rising thru the ranks, Guenet assumed broader responsibilities culminating in her membership into the department’s Senior Leadership Team. In 2005, Guenet decided to pursue her dream of executive coaching and guiding Executives to become more effective leaders, performers and contributors to an organization while prioritizing a live, work, play lifestyle.
