Integrated Project Delivery:
A mind shift transforms the project delivery process and team experience

Join the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet Global on June 16th for a visionary look into Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

Brian Dean, Head of Facilities Management, T. Rowe Price, will share best practices and first-hand experiences from the IPD team he formed, which has successfully completed two $20M interior projects using the IPD methodology.  During this presentation, author and thought-leader Rex Miller will provide an overview of IPD, how it came to be and the mindSHIFT that is taking place across the industry.

What is IPD?  IPD represents a major paradigm shift from traditional methods. Traditionally, design and construction projects can often be characterized as fragmented, inefficient and adversarial, leaving owners and team participants feeling dissatisfied with the end product and disappointed with the overall project experience. This, by and large, has led to the birth of Integrated Project Delivery (“IPD”) – A method of delivering design and construction projects that integrates people, systems, structures and practices resulting in an environment where collaboration and innovation are properly incentivized and the project objectives are at the heart of all decisions and actions through all phases of design, fabrication and construction.
