This, by and large, has led to the birth of Integrated Project Delivery (“IPD”) – A method of delivering design and construction projects that integrates people, systems, structures and practices resulting in an environment where collaboration and innovation are properly incentivized and the project objectives are at the heart of all decisions and actions through all phases of design, fabrication and construction.
